摘要

以近年来国内外研究洋川芎内酯类化合物的报道为基础,对洋川芎内酯类化合物的药理作用及药动学研究进展进行总结。洋川芎内酯类化合物在抗氧化损伤、抗炎镇痛、抗凝及抗血小板聚集、舒张血管、细胞毒等方面具有显著的疗效,是一类极具药用价值的化学物质,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

According to domestic and foreign research reports of senkyunolides in recent years, the research progress of the pharmacological effects of senkyunolides was summarized. Senkyunolides have significant effects on antioxidative damage, vasodilation, antiinflammatory and analgesic, anticoagulation and antiplatelet aggregation, cytotoxic and other aspects, are important chemical compounds with lots of pharmacological activities. Studying their pharmacological effects can provide relevant information for further development and utilization.
